By creating an account or using QuickTecc, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use our service.

QuickTecc is a tool platform that provides:
- PDF generation and formatting capabilities
- Voice-to-text transcription services
- AI-powered text enhancement (optional)
- Cloud storage for your documents
- Multi-language interface support
QuickTecc does NOT:
- Create, verify, or validate the accuracy of your content
- Provide professional advice of any kind
- Guarantee the legal compliance of your documents
- Take responsibility for how you use the generated PDFs
3. User Responsibilities
YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR:
- Content Accuracy: All information, data, and content you input into QuickTecc
- Legal Compliance: Ensuring your documents comply with all applicable laws and regulations
- Professional Standards: Meeting any industry-specific requirements or standards
- Data Verification: Verifying all information before generating and distributing PDFs
- Third-Party Rights: Ensuring you have the right to use any content you input
- Consequences: Any consequences arising from the use of documents generated by QuickTecc
- Client Relationships: Your relationships with your clients and customers
- Contractual Obligations: Meeting any contractual obligations related to your reports
4. User Account
To use QuickTecc, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old or have parental consent
- Provide accurate registration information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Be responsible for all activities under your account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
5. Prohibited Uses
You agree NOT to use QuickTecc to:
- Create fraudulent, misleading, or false documents
- Violate any laws, regulations, or third-party rights
- Impersonate any person or entity
- Generate documents for illegal purposes
- Harass, abuse, or harm others
- Distribute malware or harmful content
- Attempt to breach our security measures
- Reverse engineer or copy our software
6. Intellectual Property
Our Property: The QuickTecc platform, software, design, and branding are our exclusive property.
Your Content: You retain all rights to the content you create. However, you grant us a limited license to store and process your content solely to provide our services.
AI-Generated Content: Content enhanced by AI is provided "as-is". You are responsible for reviewing and approving all AI suggestions before use.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
QuickTecc is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:
- Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
- Warranties that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free
- Warranties regarding the accuracy or reliability of any content
- Warranties that AI-generated suggestions will be accurate or appropriate
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
- We are NOT liable for any damages arising from your use of QuickTecc
- We are NOT responsible for the content of documents you create
- We are NOT liable for any business losses, lost profits, or consequential damages
- We are NOT responsible for disputes between you and your clients
- We are NOT liable for data loss, though we make reasonable efforts to prevent it
- Our total liability arising from these Terms shall not exceed the total amount effectively paid by you to QuickTecc in the 3 months immediately preceding the event that gave rise to the claim
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless QuickTecc, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
- Your use of the service
- Content you create or generate
- Your violation of these terms
- Your violation of any laws or third-party rights
- Disputes with your clients or customers
10. Plans and Payments
- We offer a 30-day free trial (no credit card required)
- Paid plans are billed monthly or annually
- You can cancel anytime (no refunds for unused time)
- Prices may change with 30 days notice
- Failed payments may result in service suspension
11. Data and Privacy
We collect and process data as described in our Privacy Policy. However:
- We do NOT review or monitor the content you create
- We do NOT verify the accuracy of your data
- We are NOT responsible for data you choose to share with third parties
12. Service Availability
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may:
- Perform maintenance that temporarily interrupts service
- Experience downtime due to technical issues
- Modify or discontinue features with notice
13. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if:
- You violate these terms
- You use the service for illegal purposes
- Your account remains inactive for an extended period
- We are required to do so by law
You may terminate your account at any time through the platform settings.
14. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or platform notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
15. Governing Law and Disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
16. Severability
If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.
17. Entire Agreement
These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and QuickTecc.
